Ready to work on a ground-breaking visual design and development tool? 

PTG is hiring a Sydney-based development team to work on XPDesigner. XPDesigner is a visual application design and development tool, allowing users to rapidly create high fidelity prototypes of applications and websites, with no programming. XPDesigner is being supported by an Australian Government Commercial Ready R&D grant.

We’re looking for a senior developer and graduates.  .Net experience for all is essential, tertiary qualification in computer science or engineering is required.  We’re also looking for some of the people to have 2D graphics (GDI/GDI+) skills.

You’ll have strong conceptual thinking skills and an ability to translate vision into workable solutions.  You can read more about XPDesigner here, and more about the roles here.

PTG Global receives a $567,175 Commercial Ready Grant from AusIndustry

PTG Global has again affirmed itself as one of the most innovative usability and user interface design firms by receiving a $437,175 Commercial Ready Grant from the Australian Government: AusIndustry.

In May 2007, we applied for an extension to the grant, based on our success to date and were awarded an additional $130,000.

With it PTG Global hopes to revolutionise IT with a true visual application development tool, XPDesigner.

There is considerable research on the topic, but such teams mostly appear in 'ideal' situations and for short periods of time. Not very helpful for the 'normal' business.
