Our team
Our team comprises a mix of psychologists, designers, marketers, business analysts, technologists and business consultants to provide a rounded team to ensure all aspects contributing to business performance and the customer experience are covered off. We use a mix of working onsite with the client and back at the office so our consultants can share ideas to get to the best solution.
Ray Bradbery, Chief Operating Officer, MBA (Macq Uni)
Ray is an industry veteran having been involved in IT since the early 1970s. Ray has undertaken most roles within the industry including head of Strategic Planning in a major bank and a number of CIO, CEO and VP roles. Ray has also been an advisor to a large number of technology companies on the future directions of technology to satisfy the needs of business. After leaving the consumer side of technology, he has held Senior Executive roles in a number of innovative software companies
Beata Brodowska, Team Leader, Senior Consultant and psychologist, B Eco (Soc Sci), Post Grad Dip(App Psych)
Beata’s background as an organisational psychologist and consultant has provided her with exposure and expertise in a variety of business and human resource practices and related IT systems. Most recently working in the area of employee selection and development, Beata has honed her ability to understand requirements and deploy organisational systems from a macro, business perspective and an individual, employee perspective. She has also been responsible for the development and ongoing management of intranets and extranet products for HR policy and procedure, as well as employee management and development. This has provided her with valuable insight and experience in the analysis and development of effective information and productivity systems.
Ben Crothers, Senior Consultant, BSc (Hons)
Ben has worked in the online space for over 10 years, earning him a rich understanding of nearly all aspects of website and online application design and production, especially visual and interaction design, client-side and server-side web development, usability optimisation, branding and identity, online marketing and traffic analysis, and business requirements analysis. Lately, Ben focuses on devising solutions and applications to optimise business processes, and optimising websites for web standards and accessibility.
Craig Errey, Managing Director and Psychologist, MPsychol (App)
Craig helps organisations create real and measurable value for people and business through technology that is simple, user-friendly, and effective. He specialises in aligning business, marketing, and customer strategies to website and technology design.
John Errey, Management Consultant, PhD
John has over 25 years experience managing companies in Australia, New Zealand, Japan and Europe. In addition to an Interim Manager, he has worked in a variety of roles such as Chief Executive, Marketing Director, Logistics Director and Manufacturing Director in both large and small companies. John supports the successful implementation of technology by providing management consulting support to assist in changing business processes and management practices to suit the new capabilities offered by the enhanced technology.
Adam Ezekiel, Chief Software Architect, BSc (Comp Sci) (Bond), Grad Cert Mngt (AGSM)
Adam Ezekiel is the Chief Software Architect at PTG Global. He has been working in IT for 11 years, with specific skills in IT strategy and planning, ecommerce, software architecture and OO software design and development. His past roles have included Director of Technology, Application Architect as well as being the Chief Technology Officer for www.greengrocer.com.au.
Leanne Fear, Consultant and Psychologist, BSocSc (Psychology), Post Grad Dip (Psych), MOrgPsych
Leanne's background in psychology and specialist interest in human behaviour allows her to apply psychological methodology to human-computer interaction through job analysis and workflow modelling. Leanne's specialist interest in the business environment allows her to identify needs and solutions at both the individual and organisational level.
Renee Glass, Consultant, BPsych (Hons) PhD
Renee has a background in psychological research and has worked on a number of projects within cognitive psychology and human factors. Her doctoral research investigated the cognitive and affective processes that underlie the observation of highly evolved contemporary dance-works. Renee has also worked on a number of projects in human factors, particularly in regard to aviation safety.
Renee draws on her background in psychological research by applying rigorous testing techniques to the analysis of usability. Renee also specialises in designing usable interfaces by capitalising on her in-depth knowledge of the myriad perceptual/cognitive limitations of the end user.
Cecilia Hill, Team Leader, Senior Consultant, BSc (UCB, Sweden), Science and Business at UWS, Sydney (On sabbatical at Telstra)
Cecilia’s main expertise is in the field of analysing business, user documentation and functional specification. She combines this information to determine effective information architectures and interface designs to create products that meets customer and business needs.
Marcus Holstein, Senior Consultant and Resource Manager, BSc (UU, Sweden), Certificate in Multimedia Design at KvB Institute of Technology Sydney
Marcus combines skills in design with his experience in usability, to create functional and robust UI designs, focused on improving the effectiveness of the intended application. Marcus’ knowledge in understanding and gathering requirements for the intended application helps improving the underlying processes, ensuring that the design is created to meet the set out business goals, as well as the wants and needs from the end user.
Terry Kanellos, Principal Consultant BA (Maths, Mod Greek), BCom (Econometrics, Psychology), DipEd, MBA
Terry has nearly 20 years experience across a range of industries in both consulting and senior management roles. Currently he is using his extensive operational experience in the running of call centres, process management and market research, in order to assist organisations to enhance the customer experience they deliver. He is a great believer in ensuring that the the three Ps (people, process and platform) of any implimentation are aligned, thus greatly increasing the chances of its success.
In the past Terry has also led the cross Tasman development of the Customer Relationship Management framework for a major multinational and worked closely with multiple stakeholders (both internal and external) to deliver against it. He has also been a committee member of the Market Research Society's Victorian Division and is currently a Full member of the Society.
Ron Lui, Consultant, BEng (Computer Engineering)
Ron analyses business and system domains to derive optimal work processes and business solutions. By applying his experience in computing and knowledge of user environments to business and end-user requirements, Ron formulates scalable interfaces that achieve high user performance and strengthen business values.
Tom McCann, Director and Psychologist, MA (Psych)
Tom specialises in electronic performance support systems to manage the introduction of new technology in the workplace. Working with the HR team, Tom helps develop features and functions, the interface, and the implementation strategies to ensure organisations achieve significant benefits from new technology. Tom also heads up our Boston Office.
Frances Miller, Principal Consultant
Frances is a specialist in assisting business and government improve customer experience and business performance through technology. To do this she draws on extensive experience in strategic and business planning, communications and marketing, change management, user-centred design and requirements definition for technology solutions. Her work career spans both the public and private sectors and she has delivered consulting services to large corporations and small and medium-sized enterprises. Ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving measurable performance improvement and return on investment for clients are her passion.
Duy Thai Nguyen, Software Engineer, BEng (Software Engineering) (UTS), DipEngPrac (UTS)
Duy is a software engineer with a skills in object oriented software analysis, design and development using C++ and .Net technologies. He has particular expertise in GUI, GDI, OpenGL and complex data visualisation. Duy is a member of PTG's XPDesigner development team.
Jalal Radwan, Systems Engineer, BEng (Computer Systems) (1st Class Hons) (UTS)
Jalal combines Systems Engineering concepts with object oriented technologies to design and develop applications that deliver an excellent user experience. Jalal's focus is on strengthening the alignment between development methodologies and XPDesign and supporting the commercialisation of PTG Global's IP through software applications.
Ensor Rodriguez, Business Development Executive - Major Accounts, BA (La Trobe), Dip FS (AFMA)
Solution selling to corporate clients has been Ensor’s focus for the past 15 years. Based in Sydney, he has combined experience in Corporate Account Management and Business Development in several sectors including logistics and finance. By taking a consultative approach to understanding clients’ positioning, processes and ideas, Ensor works to ensure ongoing and sound service deliverables.
Christopher Roosen, Senior Consultant, MSc (Hons) Psychology & Cognitive Ergonomics
Christopher works to analyze embedded human-machine systems with the intention of designing robust, adaptable, and usable interfaces. His skills focus on understanding both the user’s control tasks and the inherent constraints of the target domain. He specializes in information architecture, ecological interface design, cognitive work analysis, and eye- tracking.
Arun Sanghvi, Director of Strategic Accounts, BSc (Hons) (Electrical Engineering); Post Graduate Management Studies, Business School, Polytechnic of Central London: Advanced Management Program (Digital), INSEAD, France
As a strategic account manager, Arun works with clients to identify areas where PTG’s expertise and support can be marshalled to improve customer and employee experience in the context of business performance. He brings considerable experience in the areas of systems design, expert systems, sales and marketing and business management in ensuring cost effective implementation of technology solutions within client organisations.
Zoe Soon, Consultant, MPsychol (Org)
As a registered organisational psychologist, Zoe is able to draw on her knowledge of human behaviour and cognitive principles to identify the requirements of technology at an individual and organisational level. Her experience as a business analyst allows her to translate these requirements into solutions that work; solutions that maximise performance by simultaneously addressing the needs of the business, organisation and end user.
Anita Timso-Louie, Team Leader, Senior Consultant, BSc (Math)
Anita’s 12-year career has spanned the financial services and eBusiness industries. For most of this time, she has been involved in the development, management and implementation of various online processes, services, tools, applications and websites for large global organisations.
Anital brings strong logic, analytical and problem solving abilities to any project, given her BSc(Math) training. Further, her appreciation and understanding of how technology can be a business enabler and her well-honed communication skills ensures clients readily and successfully achieve their tactical and strategic objectives.
Erin Turner, Consultant and Psychologist, BPsych (Hons), MOrgPsych
Erin's background in psychology allows her to apply princples of human behaviour and scientific methdology to human-computer interaction. With an interest in business analysis and a strong interest in human factors and mediated communication, Erin has a keen desire to provide technological applications that meet the needs of both the user and the organisation.
Alicja Wielunska, Consultant and Psychologist, MPsych (Organisational), BSc (Psychology)
Alicja’s background has included research into the effects of website usability on user buying preferences, as well as effective online communication techniques.
As a registered organisational psychologist, she is able to draw on her knowledge of human behaviour and cognitive principles to identify the requirements of technology at an individual and organisational level, and recommend design solutions which consistently meet both business and user needs.
Ulla Yip, Team Leader, Senior Consultant and Psychologist, MPsychol (Org)
Ulla's background in psychology and business consulting has equipped her with the expertise to analyse business requirements and recommend design solutions that are in line with the industry's best practice, and support business and user performance. Her experience in user management, software customisation and development gives her a strong understanding of the practicalities of application development.
