Our training courses have been developed using principles of adult learning and the latest psychological / instructional design theories, ensuring that participants effectively learn through formal instruction, worked examples, case studies and individual / group activities.
Separate coaching and mentoring is available to support transfer of training back to the workplace.

Usability testing
Our approach to usability testing uses our world class user interface design methodology, XPDesign™, to ‘reverse engineer’ existing user interfaces to identify the fundamental causes behind observed usability issues.
